There are numerous advantages of joining a health club over trying to get fit on your own. Members have the option of a Tri-fit evaluation, which is a fitness assessment, blood pressure, medical history, and cardiovascular test. It utilizes a treadmill, strength and flexibility test, and a body composition reading. The health risk analysis includes heart disease risk and cancer factors and nutrition habits. If you have been out of a fitness routine, it is critical that you start at the right baseline level and not attempt to overdo it and possibly hurt yourself, or set yourself up at such an expectation that you end up getting discouraged and quit.
