Being active has always been an important part of my life. This continued until December 2006, when I had a cardiac arrest. As I recovered, I realized that my regular exercise program had a great deal to do with my still being here, and surviving my cardiac arrest. Staying healthy by exercising played a major role in my life. Today I go to Lincoln Racquet Club at least three times a week for numerous weight lifting sessions, the treadmill, as well as other options.
