The Lincoln Racquet Club offers free unlimited bootcamps for all members.

BOOT CAMP is a high intensity cardiovascular and strength training class. This type of training will help you improve your endurance, stamina, and strength. Boot Camp workouts are taken from the idea of military basic training…we do a lot of pushups, pull- ups, sit-ups, running, etc. The goal of Boot Camp is to get you used to pushing and pulling around your own body weight so as to change your body into a well-oiled functional machine. This class is a great cross training workout for runners, weight lifters, group fitness exercisers…you name it!

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser this class can and WILL improve your fitness!
