|
LRC's Group Cycling program is a cardiovascular workout performed to music, with a certified instructor, on a stationary Keiser bike. The class is lead through a variety of movements that simulate the different terrains one encounters on an outdoor bike ride.
A Group Cycling bike has a resistance lever to make pedaling easy, moderate, or hard, depending on your fitness level. The popularity of indoor cycling is that you do not have to be an experienced cyclist to benefit from this workout. Weekly sign up sheets are at the front desk.
